Consultation [...] is the source of good and well-being

'Abdu'l-Bahá said:
In all things it is necessary to consult. This matter should be forcibly stressed by thee, so that consultation may be observed by all. The intent of what hath been revealed from the Pen of the Most High is that consultation may be fully carried out among the friends, inasmuch as it is and will always be a cause of awareness and of awakening and a source of good and well-being. I found the last part to be especially helpful today while working to fix the margins on a book Erica and I were working on. We were trying to get them to line up so that when folded down the center the content on the front and back of each page would be centered. We had tried about five times and only after that struggle, and only after fully investigating the matter in collaboration with her and then sharing my understanding of the situation was she was able to give me the suggestion that made it all work! We printed them off and they came out very nicely.
