Design suggestions are welcome. The dark green area in the top image indicates gardens and the light green area in the bottom picture indicates garden or trees.
P.S. A friend also had the brilliant idea of putting the transit areas underneath the outer ring where the dependencies are. That would require a lot of work, but would solve some problems, and would work especially well for a train-based transit system.
